Abstract：IntroductiontoAgriculturalProductQualityandSafetyisauniversalbasicelectivecourseundermajoragricultural majors.Theteachingmethodismainlyteaching，whichisrelativelyboring.Students‘learningefectisaverage，andthequalityof teaching needstobeimproved.Constructingandapplyingacasedatabasetointegrateitintotheteachingprocessandenriching teaching formscanatractstudents‘atentiontolecturesandstrengthenstudents’interestinlearning，whichisofgreat significancetoimprovinglearningresultsandteachingqualityHowever，theexistingcasesarenotyetsystematicandthethemes areunclear.Thispapermainlydescribesthecurentsituation，significance，framework，methodsandapplicationsofthe constructionofthecoursethemecasebank，inordertointegratesystematicthemecaseteachingintothewholeprocessofcourse teaching and further improve teaching quality.
