产教融合培育乡村振兴人才的价值意蕴与实践路径

Abstract：Talentisthekeytoruralrevitalization.Withthein-depthimplementationofthenationalRuralRevitalization Strategy，howtoculivatehighqualityruraltalentshasbecomeparticularlyimportant.Integratingindustryandeducationto cultivateruralrevitalizationtalentshasbecomeanimportantchoiceforuniversitiestoservethenationalstrategy.Inviewofthe currentproblemsintheintegrationofindustryandeducation，suchasstudentslackofknowledgeandloveforagriculture， insuffcientabilityreserves，singlerientationforentrepreneurshipndemployment，andlackofruralpracticeplatforms，theural RevitalizationResearchInstituteofGuangzhouUniversityhasstrengthenedtheconstructionofindustry-educationintegration coursesandcultivatedindustryducatiointegrationteachers.Teamovativeinustryducationintegrationpracticalplafo andothermeasures，strivetoreleasethevalueofindustry-educationintegrationeducation，andachieveefectiveconection betweenundergraduatetalentsandruralrevitalizationtalentneds，soastobuildasolidtalentfoundationfortherealizationof thestrategic goals of rural revitalization.
