Abstract：Thebeautyofthecountrysideisagreatpartof thatoftheChina.Intheprocessofcomprehensivelypromoting thegreatrejuvenationoftheChinesenationwithChinesemodernization，buildingalivable，employment-friendlyandbeautiful countrysideasthelatestmajorstrategicdeploymentofChina’sruralconstructionprovidesapracticalpathfortheffective implementationoftheRuralRevitalizationStrategyStartingfromtheoverallperspectiveofChinesemoderization，basedonthe conotationandbackgroundoflivable，employment-friendlyandbeautifulcountryside，thispaperanalyzesthecouplinglogic betweenChinesemodernizationandthecostructionoflivable，businessfriendlyandbeauifulcountryside，andanalyzesthevalue conotationofbuildingalivable，busines-friendlyandbeautifulcountrysidefromthreeperspectives：ruralpeople'sneeds，rural progress，andnationaldevelopment；Onthisbasis，startingwiththe"guidancebyPatybuilding"，weproposecoresponding sugestionsonpromotionpaths，inordertoprovideusefulideasandinspirationfortheconstructionoflivable，industrialand beautiful villages in the new era.
