Abstract：IntheprocessofpromotingtheRuralRevitalizationStrategy，the"integrationofthree-spheregovernance" goverancesystemisofkeysignificancetoimprovingruralgovemancecapabilitiesandcontinuouslypromotingruralevitalization. Incurrentpractice，wefacedificultiessuchasinsuficientendogenousautonomymechanismsweakeningofthetraditionofrule ofvirtue，andmechanicalsuperpositionratherthanintegrationofthe"three-spheregovernance"Anin-depthanalysisofits causescoversproblemsinlackofsystematicnessininstitutionaldesign，limitationsinsubjectcapabilties，waveringcultural foundatioandunevenresourcedistribution.Tothisend，weneedtoseek breakthroughsfromthreeaspects：strengtheningthe autonomymechanism，reshapingthetraditionofruleofvirtue，andbuildingacollborative mechanism.Wenedtostimulate endogenousmotivationbyimprovingtheautonomysystem，cultivatinggovermanceentities，andinnovating formsofautonomy；tap traditionalmoralresources，innovatepracticalmethods，andbuildguarantesmechanismtoreachgovermanceconsensus;clarify functionalpositioning，buildacollborativeplatform，andimprovethecoectionmechanismtoenhancegovernanceeiciency therebypromotingthehealthyoperationofthe"three-spheregovemanceintegration"governancesystemandhelpingthe realization of rural revitalization goals.
