Abstract：Cultivatinginnovativetalentsinnewagricultural disciplinesstandsasthepivotalpointinconstructingastrong agriculturalnationandfosteringhigh-qualityagriculturaldevelopment.Withintheframeworkoftheadvancementofnewquality productiveforces，ourcomprehensionandrecognitionoftalentcultivationinnewagriculturaldisciplinesmusttranscendthe traditionalcognitiveboundariesofagriculturalscienceeducation，placingemphasisonnurturinginovativethinkingparadigsand restructuringthemodelframeworkforcultivatinginnovativetalentsinnewagriculturalfields.Thispaperdelvesintotheneesity ofempoweringthecultivationofinovativetalentsinnewagriculturaldisciplinesthroughnewqualityproductiveforcesfromthe perspectivesoftenolgicalrenandigitalprductitytransfoatiosdressinghallngessuchaserelativelyutated teachingphilosophies，thedisconnectbetweencuriculumsystemsandindustryrequirements，theweaknessinpracticalteaching components，andthemismatchbetweenfacultycapabilitiesandtalentdevelopmentneedsincultivatinginnovativetalentsinew agriculturaldisciplines，thisstudyproposespracticalpathwaysfortalentctivationinewagculturaldisciplines，groundednthe conotationsandcharacteristicsofnewqualityproductiveforces.Theaimistofurnishareferentialbasisforadvancing agricultural science and technology innovation and achieving comprehensive rural revitalization.
