职教“出海”背景下职业本科跨文化“新农人"国际化培养模式构建探究

Abstract：Againstthebackdropofglobalizationandeducationalinternationalization，vocationaleducationisfacedwithnew chalengesandoppotunities.Thispaperexploreshowtoconstructaninternationaltrainingmodelforcross-cultural"newrural people"inthecontextof"vocationaleducationgoingglobal".Through literatureanalysis，questionnairesurveys，andcasestudies， thispaperproposesthatvocationalundergraduateinstutionsshouldbuilda"newruralpeople"talenttrainingmodelthatmeets interationalneedsintermsoftrainingobjectives，curiculumsystemsfacultyconstructionandinovativeteachingmethods.The studyshowsthatcombiningtheBeltandRoadInitiativewiththegoalsofruralrevitalization，andthroughinternational curricumdesignandcross-culturalexchanges，canefectivelyehancetheabilityofvocationalundergraduateinstitutionsto cultivatehigh-qualitycompositeagriculturaltalents，providingtalentsupportandintelectualguaranteeforagricultural modernizationandruralrevitalization.Thismodelcancultivate"newruralpeople"withglobalvision，cross-cultural communicationskill，andmodernagriculuraltechniques，providingtalentsupportandintelectualguaranteefortheevelpent of agricultural modernization and the Rural Revitalization Strategy.
