Abstract：Inthecontextofadvancingruralrevitalizationandreinforcingculturalconfidence，thisstudytakestheAncient TownofXunCounty，HenanProvince，asatypicalcasetoexploretheculturaltransmissonandconservation-development approachesforhistoricandculturallysignificanttownsatthecountylevel.Basedonfieldresearch，literaturereview，andcase analysis，thispaperfocusesonthekeyisuesandpracticalmodelsofhistoricurbanregeneration.Thefindingsrevealthat AncientTownofXunCountyhasachievedcreativeconservationandinnovativedevelopmentofitshistoricalandculturalheritage throughatrinitymechanismencompasingspatialreconstruction，culturalrevitalizationandeconomicempowerment.urthore， thisstudproposesacordinateddevelopmentframeworkintegratinghistoricalmemoryntangibleculturalheritageresources，and industrialupgrading，oferingnewinsightsintotheinheritanceandsafeguardingofcounty-levelhistorical-culturalresours.he researchdemonstratesthattheregenerationpracticesofAncientTownofXunCountyhaveefectivelyactivateditscultural tradition，strengthenedlocalculturalidentityandcontributedtoruralrevitalization，whileprovidingreplicablereferencesforthe livingheritage safeguarding and sustainable development of similar historic towns.
