Abstract：Asa majoragriculturalprovince，Henan Provinceshoulders theimportant missionofensuring national food security.Traditionalagriculturalproductionmethodsarefacedwithchalengessuchasanagingpopulationandalaginthe applicationoftechnologyWiththedevelopmentoftechnologiessuchastheIntemetofThings（loT）andbigdatathedigital transformationofagriculturehasbecomeaninevitabletrend.Againstthisbackdrop，howtoleveragethemodernvocational educatiosystemandrelyonIoTtechnologytoefectivelyimproveruralpeople'sdigitalliteracyandcapabilitieshasbecomethe coreissueinsolvingtheproblemsofruralrevitalization.Thispaperdeeplyexpandsthetheoreticaldimensionofvocational educatioempoweringruralrevitalization，constructsaneficientinteractionmechanismbetweenIoTtechnologyandruralpeople's digitalcapabilities，andexploresasetof"Henanmodel"thatcanbepopularizedandreplicated，providingexperienceforthe cultivationofnew-typeprofesionalfarmersinHenanProvinceandacrossthecountry，therebyconducivetopromotingthe process of agricultural modernization.
