Abstract：Addresingthediffcultyintalenteficacyconversionduringcharacteristicagriculturalindustrialchainupgrading， thisstudyemploysempiricaldatafromZaozhuang'spomegranateindustrytoconstructaStructuralEquationModel（SEM）.The resultssystematicalldemonstratethat，A1percentagepointnhancementininspection-testingtalentcultivationyieldsa0.35 percentage point improvement in industrial chain synergy，Technical research anddevelopment talentsaccount for 22% of output valuecontributionTheproposedinnovativeframework"Introduction-CutivationUtilization-Cordination"（ICUC）quaddiesioal pathwayestablishesanewtheoreticalparadigmforagriculturalindustrialchainupgrading.Thisresearchconstitutesa breakthroughbeyondconventionalsingle-segmentanalysisbyfirstelucidatingthesynergistichubefectofispection-testing talents throughout the Full Industrial Chain Coordination.
