Abstract：Theconstructionoftheteachingsecretaryteaminagriculturaluniverstiesintheneweraisconfrontedwithnew opportunitiesandchalenges.Thereisanurgentneedtobuildahigh-levelteachingsecretaryteamtomeettherequirementsof comprehensivelypromotingtheconstructionofastrongcountry.Thispaperconductsanin-depthdiscusiononthenecessity （feasibility），difultis（infeasibilitydiplemenableategis（practicabitfostructioofachingeaam inagriculturaluniversities，aimingtoprovidetheoreticalandpracticalgudancefortheconstructionofahigh-levelteaching secretaryteaminagriculturaluniversities，contributetotheconstructionofChinesemoderization，andprovidestrongsupportfor thehigh-quality development of agricultural universities.
