徒手切片法在植物学实验教学中的应用与实践

Abstract:Asoneofthecoretechnologiesinbotanyexperimental teaching,free-handslicing hasuniqueadvantagesin improvingstudentspracticalandinnovativeabiltiesanddepeningtheoreticalunderstanding.However,problemssuchas excesivproportionofconfirmatoryexperiments,passveparticipationofstudents,singleasessmentdimensionandhomogenzation ofexperimentalmaterialsarecommonintraditionalbotanyexperimentalteaching,whichafectstheefectiveachievementof experimentalteachinggoals.Aimingattheaboveshortcomings,thisstudyfocusesonthefree-handslicingmethodand systematicallyoptimizestheexperimentalteachnglinkbyguidingstudentstoindependentlycolectdiversifiedplantmaterials, inovatingfree-handslicingoperationproceduresandmicroscopicobservationmethods,andbuildingacompoundassessment mechanism of"process evaluation + achievement display".It has efctively enhanced students‘main participation and practical innovationability,andpromotedtheeffctive transformationof theoretical knowledgeintopractical ability.
