发展壮大新型农村集体经济的路径研究

Abstract：Thispaperfirst introduces thenecesityofdevelopingandexpandingthenewruralcolectiveeconomyfromthree aspects，andthenintroducesthetypicalpracticesofTangzhuangTown，Liuzhuang Village，NanlizhuangVillageandLoucun Villge inXinxiangCitytodeveloptheruralcolectiveeconomyandsummarizesandrefinesthem.However，itisfoundthatthe currentdevelopmentofthenewruralcolleciveeconomystllfacesconstrintssuchasinsuffcientleadingroleofprimarylevelPartyorganizations，lackofruraltalentresorces，insuficientpolicysuprtingmeasures，andlowqualityofvillge-level colectiveeconomicdevelopment.Basedonthis，itisproposedtostrengthentheleadingroleofprimarylevelPartyoranzations， establishandoptimizetalentintroductionandculivationmechanisms，inceasesupportforvilage-levelcletivefunds，deeply explorecharacteristicindustries，developgreeagriculture，andpromotethedevelopmentofnew-qualityproductiveforces.
