OBE理念下指向药学技能培养的职业本科实训教学模式探讨

——基于乡村振兴战略的融合路径

Abstract：Vocationalundergraduateeducationaimstocultivatevocational，industrialandtechnicalhigh-skiledapplied talentsadisanimportantpartoftheeducationsystemof"the14thFive-YearPlan"NationalCommiteeComparedwith ordinarycolegesanduniversities，vocationalundergraduatecolegespaymoreatentiontocultivatingandtrainingstudents practicalabilies.Withthecomprehensivedevelopmentofsocialeconomy，China’smedicinehasgraduallybecomeanimportant partofChina’seconomy.Againstthebackdropofruralrevitalization，agriculturalmodernizationandthedevelopmentofrural healthserviceshaveposednewdemandsforpharmaceuticaltalents.Inrecentyears，thefieldofpharmacyhasdeveloped vigorously，buteducationrelatedtovocationalundergaduateamaceuicalskillsrainingisotetfullmatureBasedon theconceptofOutcome-BasedEducation（OBE），apracticalteachingmodelforpharmaceuticalskillsthatmetsthenedsof ruralrevitalizationcanbebuilttomobilizestudentstoactivelyparticipateinruralrevitlization，improvetheirprofesioal knowledge and skilllevels，andpromote the reform andimprovement of vocational undergraduate education.
