Abstract：TheentryofgenerativeAIintothefieldofeducationhasbroughtmanyconveniences.However，improper behaviorssuchasusinggenerativeAItoconductacademicfraudhavebenrepeatedlyexposed，andthegovernanceofscientific researchintegrityinuniversitiesisfacingnechallngesIncludingthedificultyindetectinghecontentgeneratedbygerative AI，students‘vagueundestandingofteuseboundariesofeneratieinsuicientsupevisionandgoveancecapabilitiesf universities，andscientifcresearchintegrityriskscausedbythespecificpresuresfacedbygraduatestudentsinagriculturaland forestryuniversities.Onthisbasis，comprehensivegovernancepathssuchasbuildinganinteligenttestingsystem，strngthening ethicaleducation，improvingthefull-processsupervisionsystemandbuildingasupportingscientificresearchenvironmentare proposedtoprovidetheoreticalsupportandpracticalreferencefortheconstructionofscientificresearchintegritysystemsin universities in the context of new technologies.
