Abstract：Plant Biologyisabasiccourseforlifesciencesandagronomymajorsincolegesanduniversities.Inrecentyears， thiscoursehasctivelyespndedtotecallofteoutryintegatedwituiculubasedideologicalandpoliticalucatio andfirmlyestablishedtheeducationalconceptof"cultivatingmoralityandcultivatingpeople"asthefundamentaltaskof education.Itcannotonlystimulatestudents‘enthusiasmforprofessonallearming，butalsohelpthemculivatedialectical thinking，therebyimprovingtheiroverallquality.However，teacherswillinevitably"emphasizethoryratherthanpractice"inthe processofintegratio，whichreducestheefectivenessofideologicalandpoliticaleducationtoacertainextent.Inviewofthis， colegesanduniversitiesshouldasessthesituationactivelycaroutreformandiovationincuriculum-basedideologicaland politicaleducation，integratepracticalteachingintoittoenrichclasroomteaching，andcultivatecomprehensiveandapplied talents for the country.
