Abstract：Studyingthesocialandeducationalbenefitsofonlinevocationaleducationandtrainingforruralpeopleinthe neweraisofgreatpracticalsignificanceforcontinuouslypromotingvocationaleducationandtrainingforuralpeopletoachieve "trainingasrequired".Onlinevocationaleducationforrural peopleinthenewerahasachievedfournewsocialachievements thatpromotetheaccelerateddevelopmentofvocationaleducationforruralpeople：First，duringthepovertyallviationpriod， onlinevocationaleducationandtrainingprovidedruralpeopletohelppovertyaleviation，supporttheiraspirations，wisdomand skill，helpingChinawinhefightagainstpovertySecond，duringthepovertyaleviationperiod，onlinevocationaleducatioand training forruralpeoplehelpedmanyrural peoplewithdisabilitesgotoe-commercesalesplatformstoachieveemploymentand povertyallviation.Third，afteragricultureencounterednaturaldisasters，ruralpeopleweretrainedonlineindisasterprevention andreductiontechniquestowintechnicalandeconomicbenefitsofdisasterpreventionandreduction.Fourth，onlinevocational educationandtraining forruralpeopleopensupanewtrackforruralpeople'svocationaleducationandtrainingtoachieve"all training needed" as soon as possible.
