乡村振兴战略背景下特色产业学院建设研究

——以宋茗白茶产业学院为例

Abstract：The"OpinionsonAcceleratingtheRevitalizationofRuralTalents"pointsoutthatitisnecessrytoacceleratethe developmentofvocationaleducationorientedtowardsruralareas，supportvocationalcolegesinstrengtheningtheconstructionof agriculture-characteristicspecialtisandencourageenterprisestoparticipateintheculivationofruraltalents.Underthesport ofrelevantpolicies，manyvocationalcollgeshaveactivelycarriedouttheconstructionofagriculture-characteristicindustry coleges.Taking the Songming White Tea Industry Collgeasanexample，thispaperanalyzes the factorsandmechanisms affectingtheconstructionofcharactersticindustrycolegesinagriculturefromfourdimensions：ducationchain，industrlchain， talentchain，andinovationchain.Thepaperalsoexploresisuessuchastalentcultivationmodels，profesionalconstruction， internshipandtrainingbases，andindustry-university-researchserviceplatforms，withtheaimofpromotingruralrevitalization， breakingregionalrestrictionshancingast-westcooperation，innovatingtheconstructionmodelofharacteristicindustrycoleges inagriculture，andpromotingittobecomeaprofessonalandstandardizedserviceplafomfortheimplementationoftherural revitalization strategy，thereby providing eficient services for the construction of beautiful villges.
