用统计能量方法分析和优化前围声学包

摘 要:前围声学包是阻隔机舱内噪声向车内传递的最主要手段。建立SEA模型,从材料参数、厚度和覆盖率等方面分析内前围的隔声性能,从泄漏方面分析过孔件的隔声性能,对前围声学包进行优化,以提高其隔声性能,降低整车车内噪声。

Statistical Energy Analysis And Optimization of Dash Sound Package

Abstract:Dash sound package is the most important means to block the noise in cabin from transmitting to vehicle. This paper builds the SEA model, analyzes the sound insulation performance of the inner enclosure from the aspects of material parameters, thickness and coverage, analyzes the sound insulation performance of the perforated parts in terms of leakage, and optimizes the dash sound package of the front enclosure, so as to improve its sound insulation performance and reduce the noise in vehicle.
