Abstract：To addressthe prominent isses such as the absenceof power standards system，the outdated power standards，and the inabilityof power standards to meetthedemands of electric powerconstructionand economic development in Vietnam，this paper conducts research and analysis on the status of power standards，basic principles of construction，and the technical roadmap for construction.It puts forward a structural diagramof Vietnam's powerstandardssystem，astatisticaltableofpower standards，andadetailedlistofpowerstandards.Furthermore，it proposes optimization suggestions for the dynamic management of Vietnam's power standards system in the future， including theimplementationofpilotdemonstrationsforstandardization inthepower sectorand the establishmentofa standardization information sharing platform.The research findings canprovide reference forthe future construction of power standards in Vietnam.
