Abstract:Inthecontextofthein-depthdevelopmentof economicglobalizationandregionaleconomicintegration, standardizationis playinganincreasinglyimportantroleinleading high-qualitydevelopment,enhancingregional competitiveness,promotingindustrialupgrading,andsafeguardingpublicinterests.Thecultivationofstandardizedtalent isofrucialsignificanceforpromoting thedevelopmentofregional standardizationandrealizing high-qualityeconomic development.Through anin-depthresearchonthe statusof standardizationtalentcultivationin Iner Mongolia,this paperanalyzes the existing problems and chalenges,draws onadvanced experiencesathomeand abroad,and proposes targeted countermeasuresand suggestions.Itaims to constructastandardization talent cultivationsystem thatconforms to the characteristicsand development needsof Inner Mongolia,and provide strong talent supportand intellectual guarantee for Inner Mongolia to achieve its standardization strategic goals in the new era.
