Abstract:Thepaper takes theproductsofadairycompany inFoshan city in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao GreaterBayArea as theresearchobject.According to therequirements ofrelevantnational standardsGB/T21732- 2008,Milkbeverages,GB0-2022,Nationalfoodsafetystandard—Beverages,ndGB9645-00,Natioalfood safety standard—Pasteurizedmilk,aone-year monitoringandanalysisof theroutine microbiologicalinspectionitems ofthe company's products has been carredout,whichincludes theaerobic platecountand enumerationofcoliforms. Byanalyzing thechanges and posible impacting factors in microbial count indairy products through monitoring data, suggestions have beenput forward fordairycompaniesto ensure thequalitycontrolof products,which is conducive to improving and enhancing the quality and safety of dairy products and ensuring food safety.
