Abstract:Theconnection devices forconductive charging of electric vehicles are the transmisson interface during the charging process ofelectric vehicles,thedesignspecifications ofwhichare the mostbasicrequirements to ensurecharging safety.GB/T2O234,anational standard forconductivechargingconnection devices,specifiesthedesignandtype testing of this product.Inrecent years,with the prosperous development of electricvehicles,the definition of products in the original2ol5versionofthestandard turnsouttobesimple,withrelativelyfewrequirements forproducttesting items. In2023,the standard wasrevisedandreleased.Thereleaseofthenewstandard beterfilsthegap inrequirements for high-power DCcharging products using connectiondevices forconductive charging.This paper comparesand analyzes the newand old standards from the perspectivesof policies and technology.Theconclusions can provide support for the production,manufacturing,and testing for enterprises producing conductive charging connection devices.
