Abstract：The determinationand verification of keytechnical parameters in the special processtandards are the key links toensure thereliabilityand stabilityoftheprocess.Inthis paper，thedeterminationprinciplesand verification methodsof key technical parameters in the special processstandards were analyzed and studied.Three types of key technical parameterverificationmethods，including testverification，useverificationandanalysis verification，were proposed，and theverification examplesofkey technical parameters were given.This paperaims toprovide technical reference and theoretical support for the verification ofkey technical parameters inspecial proces standards.
