Abstract：Against the backdropofa globalconsensuson thecarbon neutrality goal，green financial leasing has becomeacrucial financial instrument for promoting green and low-carbon transformation，and thedevelopment of standards for its projectrecognitionrules isof particular significance.The Shanghai MunicipalFinancial Regulatory Bureau proposedand developed the local standard DB31/T150l-2024，Rules foridentificationofgreen financial leasing projects，togetherwith industryassociations，the Shanghai InstituteofQualityand Standardization，financial leasingenterprises，andfinancialinstitutions.Thestandardaims toregulatethegreenattributesand sustainabilityof gren financial leasing projects.This paper deeply explores the backgroundand significance of the developmentof this standard，andprovidescleargudance fortherecognition workofgreen financialleasing projects byelaboratingon the core content of the standard.
