Analysis of Differences between Technical specification for inspection of lightning protection systems of buildings and Relevant National Standards and Thinking of the Application

Abstract:GB/T21431-2023,Technicalspecificationforinspectionoflightningprotectionsystemsofbuildings,was implemented on July1,2024.Due to normative references,the application scope of somearticles are lower than therelevant current national mandatory standards;Therequirements inArticle 5.5.1.10.1are inconsistent withthe provisions in certain mandatory national standards;Some examples in the“Explosive Hazardous Environment Zone 22∘ in theappendix are inconsistent with thedefinition in the originalreference literature.The situation above can lead to misunderstanding among the inspectors when guiding lightning protection detection work.This paper adopts a comparative analysis method to list and explore such phenomena in the standard oneby one,and puts forward suggestions forpractical application.

0 引言

《建筑物雷电防护装置检测技术规范》从2008版到2015版,对建筑物防雷检测技术工作一直有着重要、全面的指导意义,2023版较之过去有较大的变化,各检测项目新增了数量、方法要求,填补了防雷检测内容定性、定量要求的空白;同时,较为全面、系统地整理了防雷检测项目,对于完整防雷检测内容起到了关键作用。(剩余5696字)
