Abstract： Small and medium-sized enterprises （SMEs） account for more than 90% of the total number of global enterprises， andarethelagestpotentialgroupofstandardsusers.Forthiseason，EuropehastuptheSmallusinessSandards（Bt representanddefendtheinterestsofSMEsoninternationalandEuropeanstandardizationplatforms.ConsideringthatSMEs are an mportantpilarof China’snational economyand social development， Chinacan steadily enhancetheinternational standardizationcompetitivenessofChina’sSMEsbylearningfromthemeasuresof theSBS，includingcultivatingthe talent teamof standardizationexperts，developing compatibilitytestmoduleforstandards，and strengthening the foundationof forward-lookingresearch.
