0 引言

随着社会生产力水平的不断提升，生产作业活动愈加密集、频繁，安全生产事故时有发生，尤其是近年来诸如青岛“11·22”事故、天津港“8·12”事故等重大、特大安全生产事故时有发生，不仅造成了重大的经济损失，也给涉事生产作业活动参与者及家人带来了难以愈合的伤害。（剩余4503字）
