Establishment and Application of Maturity Evaluation Mechanism of Quality Management in Smart Grid Equipment Company

Abstract：Inthe contextof China’s strategyof promoting high-qualitydevelopmentandbuilding national strength in quality，thedeepeningand improvement of quality management in enterprises is particularly important.Taking smart grid equipment companies as an example，this paper discusses how GB/T19580-2012 can be implemented in enterprise operation，which can be deepened to realize the leap from“management of quality”to“quality of management". Combined with the practice of the smart grid equipment industry， this paper proposes a maturity evaluation model that integrates GB/T19580—2012 with the enterprise business process.Through the construction and application of the comprehensive maturatiy evaluation mechanism of quality management system，thecompany hasrealized thecontinuous improvement and promotion of quality management.The practicalresults prove that the evaluation mechanismcan effctively promote the comprehensivebenchmarking management and pursuit of excelence， provideanew perspective and method for enterprisequality management，and provide reference for managers of other similar enterprises，which contributes to the application of excellence performance management model.
