Abstract:During the charging process of electric vehicles,the control guidance circuit playsacrucial role.It establishesacommunicationconnection between thecharging equipment and the electric vehicle,transmits real-time chargingstatusinformation,andensures thesafetyeficiency,andstabilityofthechargingprocess.Withtheelease of the two new standards,GB/T18487.1-2023 and GB 44263-2024,new technical requirements and performance indicators have beenput forwardforthecontrol guidance circuits of charging piles.This papercompares thecontrol guidance circuits specifiedintheGB/T18487.1-2023and GB44263-2024.It analyzes the basic principlesofthecontrol guidance circuits stipulated in the standardsand delineates the diferent states of different detectionpoints under various circumstances,which provides technical guidanceand support forthe designand testingofcontrol guidance circuits.Ithelpschargingequipmentmanufacturersoptimize productdesign,improvechargingeffciencyandsafety, and will bring a better charging experience to electric vehicle users.
