Abstract:Thepaceofglobalizationhas intensifedandcros-borderbusinessactivitiesofenterpriseshavebecomeincreasingly frequent,andcross-culturalcollborationhasbecomeanimportantissefacedbynumerousenterprises.Thepurposeofthis paperis toexplorethestandardiedpathforcossculturalcolaborativebusinessrelationshipmanagement,providingpractical guidanceandafeasible framework forenterprises toparticipate incross-borderoperationsandbusiness,whichwillfurther promote thesteadyandsustainabledevelopmentofenterprises.This paperadopts the literatureresearchmethod,analyzes theexistinginternationalandnationalstandards,sortsoutstandardsofinternationalandnational-levelcolaborativebusiness relationshipmanagement,andstdies theactalappicatiooftheprinciplesofolaborativebusinesrelationsipsinoscultural cooperation.
