Abstract:The electricalmeasurement standard laboratory is theimportantfundamentalinfrastructureof ensuring the accuracyand reliability of measurement data.This paper discusses the standard construction process and uncertainty assessment methods ofthelaboratories.In terms of theconstructionprocess,fromthe threekeystages of preparation, construction,and qualitysystem establishment,thecore elements suchas environmentalconditions,measurement instrumentconfiguration,andpersonnelcapacityareelaborated.Intermsofuncertaintyassessment,thepaperis based on the GUMrule,and discusses the implementation steps and mathematical models oftheAand Bassessment methods respectively.The study demonstrates that astandardized standard construction process and scientific uncertainty assessment methodscan efectively ensure the measurement accuracyand traceability of the laboratories,providing reliable technical support for industry development.
