Evaluation of Localization Effect of Standards in Key Areas of Transportation

Abstract：Todeal withthelackofquantitativeevaluation methods forthelocalizationeffectofstandards inkeyareasof transportationin China，asystematicevaluationindexsystemforthelocalizationefectof transportationstandardshasbeen establishedconsideringthreeaspects，standardstransformation，implementationguarantee，ndimplementationfect.A standardizedlocalizationefect evaluationmodel wasproposed，basedonAnalyticHerarchyProcess （AHP）andmproved cloud model.The model evaluation effect was verified throughcase studies indiferent fieldssuchas highway engineering， railwayenginering，andport engineering.Theresearchresultsshow thatthecalculationresultsoftheevaluation model describedin this paperare inhigh consistencywith theactual application efectand expert evaluationconclusions of the localizationofstandards，which isapplicableto variousrelated fields intheindustrySixmeasuresandsuggestionsare proposedto promote thelocalizationoftransportation standardsin China fromthreeaspects：continuousanalysisof standards applicability，eepening bilateralandmultilateralcooperationinkeyareasoftransportationwithneighboringcountries，and strengthening the construction of an international talent team for transportation standards.
