Accurate Evaluation Algorithm for Product Quality Risks of Consumer Goods Production Enterprises in Sichuan Province

Abstract：Inorder to improve theaccuracyand scientificityofqualityriskassessment forconsumer goods production enterprises，the paper extracts multidimensional data fromconsumer goods production enterprises in Sichuan province， and constructs a comprehensive indicator system that covers long-termatributes reflecting the long-term stability of enterprises as wellas short-term attributes characterizing the short-term business performance.The Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP）is used toquantify the weightsof long-termatributes，generatebasic scores forlong-term risks，andcombinedynamicriskassessmentalgorithms forshort-termatributes toclasifyenterprises intohig-risk andlow-risk categories using differentiatedassessmentrules.The experimentalresultsshow that the accuracy of the algorithm in identifying high-risk enterprises reaches 90.3% ，providing a scientific basis for the dynamic supervision of product quality in enterprises.Theresearchresultsof this papernotonly providean innovative method for quality risk assessment，but also provide technical support foroptimizing the allocation ofregulatory resources.
