Discussion on the Practice and Value of Standardized Nursing Service Model in Health Management Center

Abstract： Objective： To analyze the clinical practice and value of standardized nursing service model in health management center. Methods：100 physical examination objects were selected from the Health Management Center of Zhouqu County People’s Hospital， Gannan Prefecture， Gansu Province， and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group， with 50 cases in each group. The conventional nursing service model was implemented in the control group， and the standardized nursing service model was implemented in the observation group. The nursing satisfaction， nursing quality， physical examination time and nurses’ satisfaction score were compared between the two groups. Results： Patients in the observation group had high nursing satisfaction （P<0.05） ， high nursing quality （P<0.05） ， short physical examination time， and high nurses’ satisfaction score on work （P<0.05） . Conclusion： After the implementation of standardized nursing service model in health management center， the work efficiency and post effectiveness of nursing staff can be improved comprehensively， and nursing satisfaction can be obtained.
