Exploration on the Improvement Effect of Standardized Nursing on Tracheoscopic Intervention for Patients with Airway Stenosis

Abstract： Objective： To explore the improvement effect of standardized nursing on patients with tracheoscopic intervention for airway stenosis， and provide scientific basis and practical guidance for clinical nursing by comparing and analyzing the differences between standardized nursing and conventional nursing in the prevention of complications and improvement of quality of life. Methods： A total of 36 patients with airway stenosis who received tracheoscopy intervention in the Respiratory Department of Shenzhen Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group， with 18 patients in each group. Both groups received tracheoscopy interventional therapy. The observation group was supplemented with standardized nursing measures such as psychological intervention， pain management， nutritional support， rehabilitation training and social support. The incidence of complications， patient satisfaction and quality of life scores of the two groups were collected and compared. Results： The results showed that complication rate， patient satisfaction and quality of life score of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. Conclusion： Standardized nursing model can significantly promote the postoperative recovery of patients with tracheoscopic intervention for airway stenosis， reduce the incidence of complications， and improve patient satisfaction and quality of life.
