Abstract： By analyzing the characteristics of higher vocational engineering education， the advantages of loose-leaf textbooks， and the current challenges， this paper puts forward a series of strategies and methods to achieve balance， including embedding personalized modules based on the standardization framework system， incorporating personalized elements through a hierarchical textbook structure design， optimizing the design process， establishing a dynamic adjustment mechanism， and strengthening the collaboration between teachers and textbook compilation teams. This paper aims to explore the balance between standardization process and personalized demand in the structure design of loose-leaf textbooks in higher vocational engineering， and provide useful reference for the high-quality development of loose-leaf textbooks in higher vocational engineering.
