Research on the Construction of Standard Index System for Determining Defects in Non-metallic Lined Pressure Pipelines

Abstract: This paper aims to construct a standard index system for the determining defects in non-metallic lined pressure pipelines, and analyze and summarize the principles of defect identification in this field at home and abroad. It firstly analyzes the defective characteristics of non-metallic lined pressure pipelines and their influencing factors systematically in four aspects: irrationality, degree of danger, probability of danger and revision index. By constructing this standard index system, it is expected to provide clear guidance for the defect identification of non-metallic lined pressure pipelines and enhance the safety and reliability of pipelines.
