Research on the Standardized Path of Digital Humanities Integration into University English Teaching

Abstract: Digital humanities, as an interdisciplinary discipline covering humanities, computer science, digital technology and other fields, is in the same direction as the development trend of university English teaching under the background of the construction of new liberal arts. It should adopt the standardized method of building teaching platform, the standardized thought path centering on the goal of English education, and the standardized technology path deeply integrating humanities and technology, change the role and relationship of teaching, reform the teaching evaluation method, expand the teaching form, help college English teaching to get rid of the practical difficulties such as the mismatch between teaching supply and student demand, the contradiction between teaching goal and educating goal, and the disconnect between classroom knowledge and practical application, so as to realize the transformation of new liberal arts and improve the quality of English teaching.
