Analysis of Curative Effect of Kangfu Anti-inflammatory Suppository Combined with Antibiotics on Gynecological Pelvic Inflammation

Abstract： Objective： To investigate the effect of Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository combined with antibiotics in the treatment of gynecological pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods： 100 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease treated in Xindian Town Center Health Center of Lintao County， Dingxi City， Gansu Province from May 2022 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group， with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with standardized antibiotics， and the experimental group was treated with Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository on the basis of the control group. The TCM syndrome scores and the time of disappearance of disease symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results： The score of TCM syndrome in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group， and the time of symptom disappearance in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group， P<0.05 . Conclusion： Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository combined with antibiotics in the standardized treatment of gynecological pelvic inflammatory disease is effective， which can not only effectively improve the TCM syndrome score of patients， but also significantly shorten the disappearance time of disease symptoms， which is worth popularizing.
