Clinical Application of LDH Combined with TTF-1 and CD56 in the Adjuvant Diagnosis and TNM Standardized Staging of Lung Cancer

Abstract: Objective: To explore the clinical application of LDH combined with TTF-1 and CD56 detection in the auxiliary diagnosis and TNM standardized staging of lung cancer. Methods: 100 patients with lung cancer admitted to Central People’s Hospital of Zhanjiang from September 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the observation group, and 100 people with normal physical examination results were selected as the control group. Serum LDH levels and immunohistochemical TTF-1 and CD56 levels of the two groups were detected, serum LDH levels and immunohistochemical expression of TTF-1 and CD56 levels of the observation group were compared, and the correlation with TNM standardized staging was analyzed. Results: The observation group showed significantly higher serum LDH levels and immunohistochemical expression of TTF-1 and CD56 compared to the control group. The serum LDH level of lung cancer patients increased gradually with the increase of TNM standardized staging, while the positive rates of TTF-1 and CD56 decreased (P<0.05) . Correlation analysis showed that serum LDH expression level was positively correlated with TNM standardized staging (P<0.05) , and TTF-1, CD56 expression level was negatively correlated with TNM standardized staging (P<0.05) . Conclusion: LDH combined with TTF-1 and CD56 has clinical significance in the auxiliary diagnosis of lung cancer, and is correlated with TNM standardized staging.
