Research on Standardization Formulation Strategy of Induction Training Program from Multi-dimensional Perspective

Abstract: In the context of the rapid development of modern manufacturing technology, the demand for highly skilled personnel is growing. In order to meet the requirements of high-quality development, it is necessary to create a standardized induction training program, achieve the comprehensive improvement of talent quality and ability, and improve the organization’s guarantee level of product and service quality. Based on this, this paper will start from a multi-dimensional perspective to deeply discuss the concept, significance and formulation of induction training standardization. By analyzing the significance of the induction training standardization, it will propose a comprehensive strategy combining skill matrix, skill appraisal and induction training standards, so as to achieve effective management of employees’ skills and promote personal career development, and provide theoretical guidance and academic reference for the high quality and efficient development of training and development.
