Evaluation of the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Standardized Nursing for Hypertensive Patients

Abstract： Objective： To comprehensively evaluate the effect of TCM health standardized nursing for hypertension patients. Methods： 80 hypertensive patients （April 2023–April 2024） admitted to Wuxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group， with 40 cases in each group. The control group applied routine nursing method， and the observation group applied TCM health standardized nursing method on the basis of the control group. Results： Compared with the control group， the observation group had a lower incidence of complications （P<0.05） ; there was no difference in the level of hypertension， TCM symptom score， self-care score and quality of life score between the two groups （P>0.05） ）; after nursing， the observation group had lower hypertension level （P<0.05） ）， and higher quality of life score and self-care score （P<0.05） . Conclusion： The effect of hypertensive patients receiving standardized nursing of TCM health care is remarkable.
