Abstract： In the information age，software technology education faces challnges such as a disconnect between theory and practice，insufficient innovation ability，and weak teaching staff.To address these issues，the "dual leaders"（party organization secretaries and academic leaders） leadership mechanism has played an important role in the construction of the software technology professional group.By strengthening school enterprise cooperation， optimizing the curriculum system，introducing high skilled talents，and deepening the integrationof partybuilding and professional development，the high-quality development of software technology has been promoted.Specific measures include co building characteristic industry collges，developing customized talent training programs，and improving practical teaching systems to enhance students'comprehensive qualities and practical abilities，promote the transformationof scientificand technological achievements，and provide technical support for industry development.
