Abstract:Driven by the construction of a new power system and the booming development of the digital economy,thedemand forhigh-precisionand high reliability spatiotemporal informationservices in the power industry is becoming increasingly urgent. As a global satelite navigation system independently built and operatedby China, the Beidou Satelite Navigation System hasunique advantages such as high-precision positioning,highreliability timing,and short messagecommunication,providing anew technological solution for the power industry.As adeep application oftheBeidou system in the fieldof power,the Beidou power grid isbecomingan important technological force to empower the power Internet of Things,ensure power security,and assist in the upgrading of power services. This study aims to explore the potential application of Beidou technology in the power industry and promote the deep integration of Beidou and the power system.By systematically reviewing the current status of Beidou applications in the power industry,analyzing in depth the common problems that exist in theapplication of Beidou technology in the powerindustry,andcombining withthe development trendof the power industry,clarifying theapplicationdirection ofBeidou technology in the power field.
