Abstract： With the development of information technology， the group's document management system is facing new challenges and opportunities.Traditional document management systems have shortcomings in terms of functionality，information security，and system reliability，andare no longerable to meet the needs of modern enterprises.Basedon this，this article studies and analyzes the characteristics of the information and innovation environment and its impacton the document management system，pointing out the importance of system autonomy， controllbilitysecurity，and compliance in the information and innovation environment.The development history of the official document management system has been sorted out， revealing the trend of the system's evolution from traditional mode to informatizationand automation.Through in-depthanalysis of the functions and shortcomings of the existingsystem，specific suggestions areproposed foroptimizing the security，compatibility，and data sovereignty of the management system in the information and innovation environment.In addition，it explores how to improve the management efciencyand decision supportcapabilityof the system by introducing autonomous and controllable technologies and inteligent management methods in the information and innovation environment. Research has shown that the information and innovation environment not only brings new development opportunities for the group's document management system， but also puts forward higher requirements for the technical capabilities and management models of enterprises.
