Abstract： This article explores how to apply machine learning technology to improve the quality and efficiency ofrisk managementinpublicresource trading.Firstly，analyze thearchitecture designand key technologies oftherisk intelligentanalysis system basedonclusteringalgorithm，andclarifythe processofsystem implementation;Then，by constructing applicationscenarios and simulating test data to verifythe application and efectiveness ofthis system in risk assessment and early warning related to public resource trading.

本文探索了应用机器学习技术提高公共资源交易风险管理的质量与效率，研究了基于聚类算法的风险智能分析系统架构设计，并应用聚类算法对公共资源交易数据对象进行分类，进而探索潜在的风险模式与异常行为的实现过程，模拟测试数据验证本系统在公共资源交易相关风险评估和预警中的应用和有效性，为公共资源交易风险智能分析开辟了新的路径与方法。（剩余3972字）
