Abstract： The evaluation of scholarships and grants is a guarantee for educational equity and the improvement ofthe qualityof school running. Under the background of digital transformation，colleges and universities should use digitaltechnology tooptimizethe evaluationsystem，achievedata transparencyand automatic processes，promote the scientific and standardizedevaluation work，ensure thatthe funding policies are trulyimplemented，enable students to feel the fairness and warmth of education，and effectively run education that satisfies the people.
