Abstract： This article explores the security protection issues of broadcasting and television networks.Firstly， the development history，structure，and characteristics of broadcasting and television networks were elaborated. Then，a detailedanalysis was conducted onthe impactthatthe network faces interms ofexternalatacks and internal security risks.Finally，the article proposessecurity protection strategies from four levels： physical layer，network layer，application layer，andmanagement layer，including encrypted transmission lines，firewalltechnology，dentity verification，and security policy formulation， in order to improve the protection capabilityof broadcasting and television networks.
