Abstract： With the continuous development and application of 5G technology，improving the quality of product experience has become the focus of enterprises.This paper introduces a new evaluation platform -- 5G+ all-product digitally intelligent user experience evaluation platform.Guided by customer scenarios，this platform realizes the advantages of customization，digital intelligence and visualization by means of data-driven，AI enablement，agile iteration and closed-loop processinorder to provide useful ideas and reference for enterprises to improve the quality of product experience.
