Abstract: The accuracy of measuring the length of aircraft engine accessories is often affected by environmental factors such as temperature changes,humidity fluctuations,and vibration interference.Traditional hardware compensation methods are dificultcomprehensivelysolve this pain point.The article proposes anaccuracycompensation model based on deep neural network algorithm,aiming to improve the adaptability and accuracy of measurement systems to environmental disturbances. By constructing a deep neural network to learn and extract features from environmental data,the model canachieve eficient compensation for multi-dimensional environmental variables.The experimental results show thatthis methodsignificantly improves the acuracyof length measurement in various complex environments,providing reliable data support for the manufacturing and maintenance of aviation engine accessories.
